JUAN RUBIANO

Juan Rubiano is an M.F.A. media artist whose work explores the human psyche within today’s complex social landscape. His installations use glitch aesthetics and immersive environments to examine collective memory and trauma. Drawing from personal experience, he creates tension between the digital and the real, the individual and the collective. His practice investigates the blurred boundaries between natural and artificial worlds. Through interactive works, he engages audiences by integrating their data into audiovisual responses. Rubiano’s art reflects on the rational awareness demanded in anthropocentric times.
