Mirthe Blussé

MIRTGE BLUSSÈ

Visual Artist

Mirthe Blussé graduated from the Royal Academy of Arts in The Hague in 2007 and works as an abstract artist, both independently and commission-based. She lives between Amsterdam and Barcelona since 2014. She is fascinated by gesture as a form of emotional expression, working interdisciplinary in painting, drawing, printing, collaging and artistic performance. Her visual language balances a strong, minimal composition with a spontaneous, gestural and intuitive touch.

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are what makes the website work, so they cannot be switched off. They remember the language you are browsing in and the choice you make in this window. Some pages also embed videos from YouTube and a map from Google: when that content loads, those services may set cookies of their own.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read, so we can improve the site. It tells us how the site is used, never who you are. Analytics only starts once you press Accept: until then, nothing is measured.
