About the artist:

Rafael Lobo Blanco (Huelva, 1975), native of Galaroza in the province of Huelva. Painter who carries in the blood the brush tradition from his great-grandfather, which, José Luis Lobo Carvajal, began with the decoration of the Sevillian style chair back in 1842; Work that he also performed for several years, where his Sevillian decoration came to all sides of the globe.
He made several trips through Europe (London, Paris, Rome, Florence, Minsk, …) to soak up the different plastic speeches in each place in order to generate his own. He is still working with the chair in a more contemporary plastic form. Self-taught in his principles, and absorbing plastic knowledge of his father and Monedero, he decides one day to enter university studies, first in the School of Art of Seville and later in the Faculty of Fine Arts of Seville.
As an artist who not only contemplates his way of expressing himself with painting, he also resorts to installation and photography as a medium.
