Tatiana Fife is an art and cultural manager based in Barcelona, focused on programs where research, innovation, and community engagement meet artistic practice. She specializes in building international artist relations and curating frameworks that turn collaboration into sustained dialogue. As exhibition curator of CONNECTA at Barcelona Academy of Art in 2025, she coordinated 46 artists, led exhibition layout and institutional communications, and delivered a public strategy that bridged classical realism with contemporary identity. Her work with Asociación Cultural TUDANZAS supported 150+ international artists across festival logistics and installations, while her community programs include a 16-session youth dance workshop in the Philippines combining fundraising, contracts, and local partnerships. Previously as a program manager, she helped execute national social-enterprise initiatives, co-developed digital literacy and financial education content with Meta partners, produced interview series for training and advocacy, and designed custom curricula for management education. Fife’s practice sits at the intersection of curation, production, and cultural strategy, creating conditions where artists and communities can thrive.
