Exploring perception and digital transformation within the framework of NUBIA LAB INCUBACIÓN IA MÓNS 2025

Barcelona, October 2025 — Within the framework of NUBIA LAB 2025, ESPRONCEDA – Institute of Art & Culture presents Tres freqüències, a constellation of immersive experiences exploring the boundaries of perception, connection, and transformation.

From the vaporous dreamscapes of Yen Chou (Traversing the Mist), through the robotic rhythms and live-coded light of Moritz Simon Geist, Depthbuffer Studio, and Daniel Sabio (The Glad Scientist), to the multisensory installations of Kat Alice Pegler, Sam Potter & Matthew Grimble, Niall Hill, and Xavi Bové (La Salle) — Tres freqüències transforms ESPRONCEDA into a portal of XR, sound, and collective imagination. The exhibition also features student projects from La Salle’s Master and Bachelor in Digital Arts programs, alongside guest presentations by Average of IA and Nereides, expanding the dialogue between emerging and established voices in digital creation.

NUBIA LAB INCUBACIÓN IA MÓNS 2025

NUBIA LAB is Catalonia’s leading incubation program for digital art and technology, driven by ESPRONCEDA Institute of Art & Culture.
The 2025 edition focuses on projects integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Extended Reality (XR) as creative engines, emphasizing technical implementation, usability design (UI/UX), and a comprehensive 360° mentorship.

Under the theme “Experiment and Conquer the Digital Future,” NUBIA LAB 2025 supports the development of innovative, ethical, and sustainable proposals, positioning Barcelona and Mons as European hubs of digital creativity.

About NUBIA LAB

Launched in 2023 by ESPRONCEDA, NUBIA LAB emerged as a pioneering program for digital art incubation, offering training and mentorship to early-stage artists.
In 2024, it evolved with a “Super Acceleration” phase that propelled projects to international festivals and networks.
