The WeSTEAM project aims to develop, test, and disseminate a methodology based on the STEAM approach to improve the art thinking skills of female students engaged in STEM careers. The ultimate goal is to empower female STEM students to increase their chances of employment in high-level ICT positions once they graduate and to increase the attractiveness of STEM courses for women.

During this process, three female students from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia were invited to participate in training activities in Austria and Stockholm, to be involved in the various stages of the project and to test the activities to provide useful experience feedback for the development and implementation of the project

Thanks to the collaboration with the Centre of Multimedia Image and Technology of the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, this presentation aims to open a dialogue with experts in the field, professors, and students to stimulate and foster the growth of new multidisciplinary perspectives between art, science, technology, and education.
